TEAM REGISTRATION
Note: Please submit a registration form for each team. Cheer squads must also be registered using this form. Registration fees are $85 per player and you must submit proof of insurance at the time of registration. Registration fees are due at the time of registration and are paid via Cash App to $PYSL5 or by scanning the QR code below.
